We know these are worrying times especially for those looking after friends and family We would like to take a moment to address the growing concerns around COVID-19 and how we are supporting staff and clients.
We are taking our responsibilities to respond to Coronavirus – Covid 19 very seriously. Looking after our clients and colleagues is our number one priority, which is why we’re staying close to the advice from Public Health England and the UK Government to make sure we’re doing the right things.
Undoubtedly Covid-19 will continue to have an effect on many aspects of our business and personal lives. With that in mind and much uncertainty in the media we would like to offer you reassurance about the steps we are taking to protect each other.
We have now closed our showrooms until further notice.
Designer Visits & Installations
We are asking all out designers, fitters and tradespeople to follow advise on washing hands prior to arrival at customers properties and on leaving, to be mindful of distances to customers during appointments and have all be advised to carry hand sanitiser. They have also been asked to be vigilant of advice by Public health and to not attend appointments if they are displaying symptoms and we will advise any changes to work scheduled and appointments should they be needed.
As the situation develops, the safety of our clients, designers and teams will remain of the highest importance and we will continue to inform you with latest updates through our email and social media channels.
